SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/W/D)

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage Supplier corporate relationship and establish contacts to all levels
  • Understand Supplier strategy, product focus and the resulting EBV growth opportunities
  • Align the EBV and supplier processes (design win, quote validity, etc.)
  • Corporate business review preparation and coordination
  • Supplier margin enhancement on corporate level
  • Manage Supplier Incentive Bonus Plans
  • Coordination of supplier specific global demand creation marketing programs – adapt to EBV needs;
  • Give guidance on product marketing activities, technical seminars and trainings – provide supplier intelligence to field and communications department
  • Supplier specific support to marketing projects, vertical segments, Newsletter, NPI, MIP, etc.
  • Monitoring demand creation activities and performance
  • Branch offices updates on: focus products, business tools and procedures, supplier organization, etc.
  • Support the FAE/AM trainings
     

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSEE or equivalent (MBA or Marketing degree valued but not mandatory)
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Solid High-end Processing product know-how
  • The ability to condense technical concepts into marketable customer benefits
  • An aptitude to improve the business processes and efficiencies for optimizing team and program performance
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills, good presenter
  • Independent, self-responsible work and initiative
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel (40% of working time out of office)
