Senior Account Manager NXP (m/f/d)

For our Avnet Silica Sales and Technical Team in DACH & NL we are looking for you!

Your Reponsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert for products, technology solutions for NXP in a joint defined customer base (Known & In Development )
  • Accountable/Responsible for the execution of NXP strategy growth plan and business relationship in assigned territories/accounts by providing value add solutions
  • Identifying and creating opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting customers (e)seminars, (e)training and resource awareness to assigned customers, and that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts
  • Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in NXP product market
  • Drive and manage active participation NXP solutions ( End Market Application, Block Diagram) in all relevant opportunities detected in full synchronisation with NXP Sales Teams
  • Work closely with the Sales Management to share best practice

Your Qualifications:

  • University Degree or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, preferably in System Solution Selling
  • Developing expertise of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs
  • Expanded knowledge of the industry, markets and sales process, broadens sales capability
  • Ability to understand the range of products/ services that the organization and its competitors sell and that assigned customers purchase
  • Project management basics
  • English (fluent)
