For the European Sales team of Avnet Silica we are looking for you!

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage internal transport processes, and coordination with local delivery partner (DHL)
  • Prepare import documents by using SAP transactions
  • Communicate the local team for status of deliveries and possible issues
  • Take necessary actions concerning application to import permits and regulations
  • Manage Daily original document flow with logistic partner
  • Printing invoices, and making the necessary verification checks on SAP using E-invoicing and E-delivering process
  • Classify and Archive all those documents
  • Involve to the projects to improve the local delivery system regarding new needs
  • Manage the proceses for returning the goods by exporting back to our warehouse, when needed.
  • Manage employees claims for travel expenses supporting Central HQ
  • Cooperate with External Provider for Bookkeeping services
  • Manage Non Trade Supplier agreements and controlling the invoices
  • Prepare payments to suppliers

Your Qualifications

  • Good level of English
  • University degree
  • Computer literacy.  (Basic SAP knowledge would be an extra asset)
  • Familiar with Turkey custom clearance procedure and  prior experience in supply chain department.   
  • Good at communication skills
  • Self motivated and good teamwork spirit
  • Good decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to follow through with attention to detail  
  • Very good communication skills
