Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

For our Sales Team in Moscow we are looking for you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve both sales, design in and profitability goals for assigned area and respective product line / market segment
  • Meet with new and existing customers to identify its products, applications, end markets and service needs and match it with our offerings
  • Develop and strengthen supplier relationships
  • Work closely with Sales and FAEs to identify demand creation opportunities leading to design wins; involve suppliers, if appropriate
  • Monitor and manage supplier quote process
  • Prepare and conduct regular reviews internally and with suppliers
  • Organize and participate in strategic initiatives / programs (trade fairs, supplier programs, etc.)
  • Monitor customer product requirements and share observations with suppliers and Pan-European Technical Marketing team

  • Advise local sales organization of market conditions and competitive activities that might affect sales or offer sales opportunities
  • Attend company and supplier sponsored meetings and trainings to obtain updates on product information, customer opportunities, policy and procedure updates and technological trends.
  • Prepare and monitor product lines budget and obtain approval from management
  • Conduct technical presentations, education programs and trainings internally and for customers
  • Collaborate with Technical Pan-European Marketing team on Pan-European lines

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Electronics
  • Several years experience in a Business Development / Sales / Marketing role
  • Ability to interact professionally internally, with suppliers and customers
  • Very good understanding of the commercial aspects in the components industry
  • Ability to present and communicate professionally
  • Ability to work pro-actively in an organized and engaged manner but also with a level of creativity
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, flexible
    Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Very good English language skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Strong technical knowledge in area of responsibility
  • Ability to travel if business reasons require
