Business Development Manager Embedded Solutions (m/f/d)

For our Sales team in Germany we are looking for you! Preferred location is one of our Avnet Silica offices in Germany.



  • Drive business at existing and new customers on Embedded Solutions and HMI in the assigned region in close cooperation with the Account Team
  • Implement the Go-To-Market strategy plan; identify and develop new opportunities for business expansion
  • Build-up or extend strong customer relationship with decision makers at key customers (incl. C-/V-level)
  • Gain deep understanding of the customers preferences and requirements for new designs and provide or support proposals (technical/commercial) on solution level; validate the go/no go decision prior moving the project to the next step
  • Define Goals & Objectives per project and set KPI on approved project level to follow the progress and measure the positive KPIs
  • Position Avnet Silica as Technology and System Solution Partner of choice
  • Monthly reporting summary in Salesforce


  • 5y+ experience in Human Machine Interface and Embedded Board Application
  • 3y+ experience inside that market
  • 3y+ in Sales Support activities
  • Very good English language experience, other language experience are of advantage
  • Deep knowledge in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driving license
