Account Manager Abacus (m/f/d)

We are searching for two Account Manager for our Sales Teams in Cusano Milanino and Padova.



  • You are the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customer's business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy
  • Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement
  • Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner’s marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability
  • Engage customer(s) in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programs and supplier partnerships securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, entanglement and financial goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of business plan
  • Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, perform analysis and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion
  • Prioritize customers and opportunities with great potential for success
  • Closely manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit


  • Minimum 3 years of experience are required
  • Bachelors degree in Electronics or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
  • Ability to collaborate with the internal sales team, managers and our support functions
  • Ability to work independently within an assigned territory/account base with moderate sized accounts/opportunities
  • Good knowledge of setting and negotiating terms within defined parameters
  • Expanded knowledge of the industry, markets and sales processes
  • Very good sales capabilities
  • Team player
  • Good English skills
